These terms cover your use of growthza.in. Paid work is governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes priority over this page if the two differ.

02Prices

Prices on this site are starting prices in Indian rupees and are exclusive of 18% GST. Your final price is the one in your written proposal. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform and is never included in our fees.

03Results

We commit to the work, timelines and reporting set out in your proposal. No agency can guarantee rankings, sales or a return on ad spend, because platforms, markets and your own operations affect the outcome. Case study figures describe specific past accounts and are not a promise of future results.

04Content on This Site

The text, design and case studies on this site belong to Growthza. You may quote short passages with a link back. Client names and figures are published with permission.

05Liability

This site is provided as is. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

06Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
