01Who We Are

Growthza ("we", "us") is a performance marketing agency based at H1 705 Eldeco Hillside, Japanese Zone, Plot No 238, Janaksinghpura, Neemrana, Rajasthan 301705, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through growthza.in and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

02What We Collect

• Enquiry details: your name, email, phone number, website, annual turnover band, budget band and message, when you submit a form.
• Technical data: the page you submitted from, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and your IP address and browser, recorded with a submission to protect against spam.
• Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device type and approximate location, collected without cookies (see below).

03Cookies & Analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no ad pixels. We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool hosted on our own server. It stores nothing on your device, does not keep your IP address, and shares nothing with third parties. Your browser may keep a note of the campaign link you arrived from, for up to 30 days, so your enquiry shows where it came from. It never leaves your browser unless you submit a form.

04How We Use It

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare for and hold a strategy call, send a proposal, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

05Who We Share It With

Only the providers that run this service for us: our hosting provider, our CRM, and our email delivery provider, each bound to use the data only on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

06Data Retention

• Enquiries: the IP address and browser recorded with a submission are cleared after 90 days, and the enquiry record is deleted after 12 months unless we go on to work together.
• Submissions our spam filter rejects: kept for up to 90 days so a genuine enquiry blocked by mistake can still be answered, then deleted.
• Server access logs: kept with IP addresses shortened, and deleted after 30 days.
• Analytics: kept for up to 24 months.
• Client records: for the length of our work together and as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires.

07Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also raise a grievance with the Data Protection Board of India.
