Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your order before we have started work, we will provide a full refund within 3 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
  • If we are unable to deliver the services as promised and it is not due to a lack of cooperation on your part, we will provide a partial or full refund within 3 working days receiving the cancellation request, depending on the circumstances.
  • No refunds will be given once the project has been completed and delivered.
