Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel our services, please contact us immediately at hello@growthza.in or (+91) 85272-63399. If we have not yet begun working on your project, we will provide a full refund. If we have started work, we may charge you for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your order before we have started work, we will provide a full refund within 3 working days of receiving the cancellation request.
- If we are unable to deliver the services as promised and it is not due to a lack of cooperation on your part, we will provide a partial or full refund within 3 working days receiving the cancellation request, depending on the circumstances.
- No refunds will be given once the project has been completed and delivered.
Requesting a Refund
