Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Growthza, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below for our managed digital marketing services, web design services, and digital marketing consultations.

1. Refunds

• Digital Marketing Consultations:
  Refunds are only provided for consultations cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Once a consultation has taken place, no refund will be issued.
• Managed Digital Marketing Services:
  Refunds are processed on a pro-rata basis for unused services if the contract is terminated within 7 days of the service start date. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
• Web Design Services:
  Refunds are only applicable if the project is cancelled before the design phase begins. Once the design or development phase has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellations

• Digital Marketing Consultations:
  Consultations can be cancelled by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, email us at hello@growthza.in or call +91 85272 63631.
• Managed Digital Marketing Services:
  Services can be cancelled by providing a 30-day written notice. Please email us at hello@growthza.in to initiate the cancellation process.
• Web Design Services:
  Projects can be cancelled before the design phase begins by emailing us at hello@growthza.in. Once the design or development phase has started, cancellations will not be accepted, and the full project fee will be applicable.

3. Processing Time for Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds or cancellations will be provided for services that have already been delivered or consultations that have taken place.
• In case of disputes, Growthza reserves the right to make the final decision based on the terms outlined in this policy.
