However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel our services or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

– Before Work Begins: If the cancellation request is received before we have started working on your project, you are entitled to a full refund.

– After Work Begins: If work has already commenced on your project, you will be charged for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded, if applicable.

– Exceptions: Cancellations made after a project has been substantially completed will not be eligible for a refund. This includes projects where services have been delivered as promised and accepted by the client.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

 – Full Refund:

  • If you cancel your order before we have begun working on your project, a full refund will be provided.
  • If we are unable to deliver the promised services due to no fault of your own, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. We will assess the situation and provide a refund within 3 working days of receiving the request.

– Partial Refund:

  • If the project has been partially completed and you cancel after work has begun, we will refund the portion of the payment corresponding to the incomplete work. We will deduct the cost of the services already rendered.

– No Refund:

No refunds will be issued once the project has been fully completed, delivered, and accepted by the client.

Refund requests made after the final delivery and approval of the work will not be considered unless there is a significant issue with the service provided that we were unable to resolve.

Requesting a Refund

Order Details: Include your order number and project details.

Reason for Refund: Provide a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your refund request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our goal is to ensure that all refund requests are processed fairly and in accordance with this policy.

Exceptions to Refund Policy

There may be specific services, such as ongoing retainer-based agreements or consultations, where refunds are not possible. Such terms will be clearly outlined in the service agreement signed at the start of your project.
